Dr Justain Bracken

Dr Justain Bracken is a global value-creation, transformation and deep-tech executive with experience across private capital, strategy consulting, investment, technology and critical infrastructure.

His work has covered value creation, portfolio management, digital transformation, AI cybersecurity, performance management, M&A and PMI.

Founding Managing Partner; Co-CEO

Justain holds a D.Phil. in Atmospheric, Oceanic and Planetary Physics from the University of Oxford and a first-class Master of Physics and Astrophysics degree from Cardiff University.

Kathryn Parson MBE

Kathryn Parsons is a technology educator, entrepreneur and business leader. She is the former CEO of Decoded, an organisation focused on digital and data literacy.

Her experience includes working with governments, boards, senior leadership teams, and major organisations on digital capability, data awareness and technology adoption.

Kathryn has been recognised for her contribution to digital education and was awarded an MBE for services to education. She has also been recognised through professional and media awards, including FT Digital Leader of the Year and inclusion in the FT Top 30 Entrepreneurs.
